The Bonsai family likes cream and chocolate! Here's their recipe for a favourite: Profiteroles.

First Bonsai checks his recipe and gets the ingredients.
Bonsai says: "Don't forget to wash your hands before starting."
Preparation time: less than 30 mins
Cooking time: 20 to 30 mins
Ingredients to make about 20 profiteroles:
125g/4oz plain flour, sifted
100g/3½oz butter
1 teaspoon caster sugar
4 eggs, beaten
300ml/half pint water
250ml/9fl oz double cream, whipped
225g/8oz plain chocolate
Bonsai then starts to create his profiteroles by beating the eggs:

Preheat the oven to 220°C / 425°F / Gas 7. |

Sift the flour, beat the eggs and whip the cream. |

Put the butter and water in a pan and heat gently until the butter has melted and the water starts to simmer. |

Turn off the heat under the pan. Quickly add the flour and beat well. |

Gradually add the eggs, beating all the time, until the mixture is glossy. |

Spoon the mixture onto a damp baking tray, making separated blobs. |

Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly brown. |

Pierce each bun to let out the steam and allow to cool. |

Split each bun and fill with whipped cream. |
10. |
Melt the chocolate, in a bowl over a pan of hot water, then pour the chocolate over the buns. |
