Across Portsmouth Harbour is
Portchester Fort and Castle.

Portchester Castle is in the north west corner of the Roman fort.
The Priory Church of St Mary is in the south east corner of the Roman fort.
The Roman fort walls are very substantial and have survived 2000 years!
